Operation interface
Standard interface: The heating temperature and constant temperature time of the upper and lower plates can be set separately on the interface.
Clear button:Calibrate the pressure to zero.
Upper plate button: Heat the upper heating plate.
Lower plate button: Heat the lower heating plate.

Settings interface
Tap Settings on the operation screen to enter the Settings screen. The Settings screen has four ICONS.
Program Settings:Multi-stage pressure procedures and pressure holding times can be set.
Sample setting: The shape and size of the sample can be set to facilitate the user to calculate the pressure of the sample.
Data management: Previously saved data records can be invoked and modified..
System Settings: Administrators can set various parameters, enter the password "666"

Sample shape: Round, circular, square and other shapes can be selected.
Sample size: The size of the sample can be entered.
Rapid cooling: If the device is connected with a water cooler, the water cooler can be turned on during the rapid cooling procedure to quickly drop to the temperature we set. The device can automatically control the opening and closing of the water cooler.
Cooling range: "5" indicates that the current temperature is greater than the set temperature, and the value begins to cool down.
300 indicates that the set temperature starts to heat up when the value is lower than the set temperature.

Temperature - pressure coefficient setting
Maximum temperature:300 indicates that the upper limit of the device temperature is 300℃
Temperature range:600 represents the range of the thermocouple
Upper temperature deviation: represents the difference between the displayed temperature and the actual temperature of the upper heating plate, and the temperature can be calibrated
Lower temperature deviation: represents the difference between the displayed temperature and the actual temperature of the lower heating plate, and the temperature can be calibrated
Maximum pressure: The highest usable pressure of the equipment.
Pressure range: The range of the pressure sensor.
Pressure coefficient: The coefficient of the cylinder.
Pressure deviation: The actual pressure value and the actual pressure error can be adjusted by adjusting the pressure deviation
Temperature-pids control
P stands for what value is executed as this parameter.
I indicates the device pause time. A larger value indicates a slower speed
D represents the entire working cycle of the motor, and D is greater than I
S represents the number of distance set values, start to start the PID speed regulation program.
