1.2 Technological Process:
The base material of the polar plate placed on the unwinding device enters the unwinding tension system after automatic correction, and enters the coating head after adjusting the unwinding tension. The polar plate is coated according to the setting procedure of the coating system; The coated wet electrode piece enters the lower layer oven and is dried by hot air; The pole piece after drying is rectified by the rectifying system, and then the tension is adjusted by the tension system. At the same time, the traction speed is controlled to synchronize with the second coating speed. After the pole piece is coated on the reverse side by the second coating head, it enters the upper oven for drying by hot air. After the pole piece after drying is rectified by the second traction unit and adjusted by the tension, it is wound by the winding device.
2. Technical Parameters of Battery Electrode
2.1 Suitable substrate thickness: aluminum foil: 0.010-0.030mm, copper foil: 0.006-0.030mm;
2.2 Suitable substrate width: aluminum foil: 300-660mm, copper foil: 300-660mm;

2.4 Technical requirements for coating winding and unwinding: coil diameter ≤ φ 500mm, core diameter 3 inches;
