Set: In the operation interface, press the setting button to enter the setting interface then press the setting button to move the setting content, after moving to the mold diameter, press the setting button again to return to the operation interface.
+: In the operation screen, press the "+" key to increase the setting digit.
-: In the operation screen, press the "-" key to decrease the setting digit.
Stop: When the unit is in operation, pressing the "Stop" button will stop the motor and open the pressure relief valve to relieve the pressure.
Demould: Pressing the "Demold" button will start the unit, and when the pressure exceeds the specified pressure or contacts the limit switch, the unit will automatically stop and relieve the pressure. It can also be stopped manually.
Sample: Press the "sample preparation" button, the device will start, when the pressure reaches the set pressure, it will stop the pressure and start the pressure retention (this process will be timed), when the pressure is below the lower limit, it will automatically replenish the pressure, and finally reach the set time, it will automatically relieve the pressure.
Step 1: Select the data screen and enter the setting interface.
Step 2: Select the first and second temperature zone, and control the temperature of the upper and lower heating plate.
Step 3: There are 20 temperature control programs in the program, select the first section.
Step 4: According to the experimental requirements, set the temperature of the first section of the temperature rise, and the speed of temperature rise.
Step 5: If you need more than one heating program, you can set the 20-segment program.
Step 6: After setting, press the main interface to return to the operation interface.
Step 7: Select the first temperature zone or the second temperature zone, the heating starts, and the heating plate begins to heat.
Step 8: The equipment starts to heat up according to the program.
Step 9: The equipment will stop automatically when the heating is finished. If the setting is wrong, for example, the set temperature is not reached within the specified time, the equipment will also be automatically terminated.
