Application and characteristics

1. This machine is suitable for continuous and large batch operation of non-metallic materials such as sponge, pearl cotton and EVA by forming cutter die in factory.

2. The conveying part is controlled by PLC, the cylinder is used to clamp the material, driven by the servo motor into the blanking area of the machine, and the finished product is sent out at the same time after die cutting. The feeding length can be conveniently adjusted through the touch screen.

3. The main machine adopts four-column guide, double crank balance and hydraulic drive to ensure the speed and accuracy of the machine. All sliding joints are automatically lubricated with central oil supply to minimize wear.

4. The feeding and discharging ports in the cutting area of the machine are equipped with safety protection devices to ensure the personal safety of the operator.

5. Pneumatic clamping device is used to fix the tool die, and the replacement of the tool die is convenient and fast.

6. The cutting plate micro-motion device is configured to evenly consume the cutting plate and save cost.
