Laboratory Thermal Cycler PCR Machine for DNA Copy
The thermal cycler (also known as a thermocycler, PCR machine or DNA amplifier) is a laboratory apparatus most commonly used to amplify segments of DNA via the polymerase chain reaction (PCR).
The basic working principle of PCR instrument is to use DNA polymerase to synthesize a large number of in vitro specific genes in vitro or in vitro, make specific chain replication with DNA polymerase, then heat up to make DNA denaturation, make single chain replication into double chain under the action of DNA polymerase, and then achieve the purpose of gene replication.
Features
1. Temperature control rate is adjustable.
2. The built-in storage function can store up to 120 programs. USB interface connects USB disk and external storage to realize unlimited downloading program.
3. The maximum number of steps is 40, and multiple nested loops can be performed.
4. There are 100 standard loops and up to 60000 nested loops.
5. The increasing / decreasing time is 1-120s, which can be used for long PCR experiment. The temperature increase / decrease, 0.1-10.0 ℃, can be used for touchdown PCR experiment.
6. Real time time, record program modification and running time and other parameters.
7. The height of the heat cap is stepless and adjustable, and the pressure is adaptive to all kinds of PCR tubes and trays.
8. When the set temperature of the sample table is lower than 30 ℃ or the program is finished, the hot cover will close automatically.
9. During the experiment, the pressure of the sample tube can be kept constant.
10. Automatic pause, power-off protection, 4 ℃ insulation time is unlimited.
11. 5.7-inch TFT LCD, curve display program, with USB2.0 interface.
