The main structure of laboratory jaw crusher: frame, eccentric shaft, large pulley, flywheel, side guard plate, elbow plate, elbow plate back seat, clearance screw, reset spring, fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate, etc., of which the elbow plate also plays the role of insurance. The crushing mode of this series jaw crusher is curved extrusion type. The motor drives the belt and pulley, and the eccentric shaft makes the movable jaw move up and down. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw becomes larger, which pushes the movable jaw plate to approach to the fixed jaw plate, and at the same time, the materials are crushed by extrusion, rubbing, grinding and other multiple crushing. When the movable jaw goes down, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw becomes smaller, and the movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the tie rod and spring, and then the crushed materials are discharged from the bottom of the crushing chamber. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the movable jaw plate crushes and discharges the material periodically, realizing mass production.
