· Gaskets:

o 4 pcs of 7x7cm Reactive Area

o 4 pcs of 5x5cm Reactive Area

o 4 pcs of 3x3cm Reactive Area

· Carbon Electrode Felts: 2 pcs (7x7cm) - EQ-VRBC-CEF

· O-Rings: 4 pcs - EQ-VRBC-OR

· Tube Fittings: 4 pcs - EQ-VRBC-TF

Application Notes

Below are the recommended replacement periods for each component:

· Current Plates:

o Oxidized surface removal maintenance after 5 tests or 50 hours of test time. Replacement after 10 tests or 100 hours of test time. Immediate replacement with damage

· Bipolar Plates:

o Replace after 5 tests or 50 hours of test time. Immediate replacement with damage. 

o Highly consumable parts that requires frequent replacement, please order additional units by clicking on the photo below:

· PTFE Frames: Replace after 50 tests or 500 hours of test time. Immediate replacement with damage

· Gaskets: Replace after 10 tests or 100 hours of test time. Immediate replacement with damage

· Carbon Electrode Felts: Replace according to user's own criteria

· O-Rings: Replace after 10 tests or 100 hours of test time. Immediate replacement with damage
