Basic functions of equipment:
This equipment uncoils and transports the base material to the coating mechanism through the unwinding mechanism. The slurry is transported to the coating slot die head stably under a certain pressure through the feeding system. The slurry is sprayed onto the single side of the base material (copper foil or aluminum foil) through the extrusion grinding lip. The coated base material and slurry run to the drying box for drying under the traction of the device drive mechanism. The dried material is driven and rolled back after drying. Single-sided coating, tandem double-sided coating machine.
Equipment characteristics:
1.Digital tension: the unwinding, rear drive and winding tension can be digitally set on the touch screen, and the results of the three sections of tension can be displayed on the touch screen at the same time. It makes the adjustment of tension very convenient, and you can clearly understand the smoothness of base band operation on the touch screen.
2. Servo with brake: the distance control between the die head and the base wheel drives the servo motor to join the brake, which can eliminate the change in the power-off time distance, thus reducing the machine adjustment time.
3. Interrupt control: Interrupt control is used in all places that require speed at the right time. The result of interrupt control makes the error of coating length and alignment smaller.
4. Strip coating: adopt the form of customized die head instead of standard die head to reduce the slurry loss caused by gasket chamfer and facilitate operation. For strip coating, the edge thickness can be adjusted according to the size required by users.
5. Dynamic filtration system: special filter structure, which can effectively filter all kinds of impurities, is suitable for all kinds of viscosity liquids. The equipment has good reliability, long maintenance cycle and low maintenance cost. Compact structure and small floor area. Large filtration capacity per unit area, strong processing capacity, and multi-level filtration.
Hardware and function description of equipment
1.Feeding system: low-speed running slurry mixing tank+Japanese Bing Shen servo pump+servo motor drive+stainless steel pipe. Its main function is to dynamically store slurry and stably transport slurry to the filtration system to ensure constant temperature of slurry at a certain temperature.
2.Filtration system: The core technology of Series I (external scraper type) continuous scraper filter is its filter screen and scraper assembly. The cross section of each mesh wire of the wedge type filter screen is triangular, and the outer wall of the filter screen is smooth, which is conducive to scraping the impurities attached to it by the scraper. The outside of the filter screen is a triangular opening, so that the sundries less than or equal to the filtering accuracy requirements will not be stuck on the filter screen, so that the filter will always be in good working condition. When the scraper scrapes on the outer surface of the filter screen, the blockage on the surface of the filter screen will be removed smoothly to keep the filter screen unblocked. The large particles intercepted by the scraper from the surface of the filter screen enter the waste chamber and are discharged regularly.
3.Coating machine: unwinding mechanism+coating mechanism+drying+secondary coating mechanism+rear driving mechanism+automatic winding mechanism. Its main function is to evenly coat the slurry on the base material (copper foil and aluminum foil), and then roll up after drying.
Software and function description
1. Both the frequency converter and the temperature controller adopt the communication control mode. All the fan frequency adjustment and temperature setting can be completed on the touch screen, without opening the control cabinet for adjustment.
2.The coating function is displayed and adjusted on the touch screen
3.The surface density detection and coating mechanism form a closed-loop control, and the data storage and processing are detailed in the description of the density detection equipment.
4. The user provides the network on site, and our company can realize the remote debugging function.
5.MES system interface shall be reserved for equipment to facilitate production quality data collection and management.
