 Automatic 18650 Cylindrical Cell PVC Heat Shrink Wrapping Machine


Ⅰ Equipment Description
1.1 It is a fully automatic device designed specifically for packaging individual
batteries with padding and PVC shrinkage.
1.2 The heat-shrinking furnace is controlled by two temperature controllers, typically
maintained at 100-180 degrees Celsius, divided into two sections.
1.3 U-shaped heating tubes heat up while the battery rotates during the shrinkage
process for optimal results.
1.4 Custom high-temperature-resistant magnets at 200 degrees Celsius facilitate
battery entry into the shrinkage furnace.
1.5 The PVC film is first inserted onto the battery and enters the first shrinkage
furnace for preheating at a lower temperature before progressing to the second furnace

at a higher temperature.

Ⅲ Basic Structure
3.1 Entire battery platter, automatic battery loading, precise magnetic fixture for
battery retention.
3.2 Automatic film cutting: automatic feeding of the entire roll of shrink film, precise
step motor feeding, automatic cutting and application of film.
3.3 Automatic addition of padding: automatic feeding of the entire roll of padding
material, automatic feeding, cutting, and application of padding.
3.4 Waste material from padding is collected in a recycling bin.
3.5 Automatic film shrinkage: vertical rotational film shrinkage, precise and uniform
furnace temperature control for outstanding shrinkage results.
3.6 Can be linked to a sorting machine at the front end and a code sprayer at the rear
end, facilitating seamless integration.
3.7 Uses imported components: Huichuan PLC, stepper motor driver, Airtac
pneumatic components, touchscreen control switch.
