1.5 Motor chain mechanism:
The chain is driven by the stepping motor to feed materials one by one
1.6 Laser circumcision head:
The pressing mechanism presses the battery and drives the battery to rotate. The laser beam range cuts five battery heads at a time
1.7 Rotary reversing mechanism:
The manipulator grabs 5 batteries and reverses them to the second chain mechanism
1.8 Laser cut both sides:
The laser beam centers the five batteries into two straight lines, and the two chain rails are arranged side by side. The laser beam cuts the head and both sides at the same time.
1.9 Mechanism for removing waste from battery end face:
At the same time, the cylinder pushes the five battery heads into the waste mechanism, clamps the heads, and then the back cylinder pushes the five batteries back to the track, filters out the head waste, and recycles the head waste at the bottom of the table.
1.10 Separation of steel shell and skin:
The rubber plate is positioned up and down to increase the friction force, then the steel shell is pushed out for separation, and the waste is left on the rail (there are baffles on the left and right of the chain, which are not shown in the figure). The sprocket rotates to the bottom and is recycled into the recycling box at the bottom of the table.
