Equipment principle and composition

1.1 Upper computer

The upper computer software is the main human-computer interaction tool, and the functions of starting, stopping, pausing, and connecting devices can be achieved through the upper computer; The data on battery aging is mainly collected and processed by the upper computer, and the test results required by the customer are output.

 

1.2 Median machine

The central computer is the device control management software, and the capacity, power, and other parameters of battery testing are calculated by the central computer.


1.3 Bidirectional ACDC+LLC isolated DCDC

When charging, this function module takes power from the power grid and adjusts it through bidirectional DCDC before charging the battery; When discharging, this functional module will feed back the energy transmitted from bidirectional DCDC to the power grid.


1.4 Bidirectional DCDC (Buck/Boost): 

This functional module is a non isolated DCDC, which outputs the current and voltage values required for battery charging and discharging, i.e. constant current charging, constant voltage charging, and constant current discharging are all executed by this module.


Scope of application

An integrated charging and discharging cycle testing system for lithium-ion battery packs, including electric tools, solar energy storage, torsion bikes, scooters, electric bicycles, electric motorcycles, and household energy storage. It is used for functional testing and monitoring of charging and discharging data.

Function Introduction

4.1 Charging and discharging function: With constant current and constant voltage charging and constant current discharge functions, it can charge and discharge the battery and record its capacity;

4.2 Check voltage protection: Check whether the charging and discharging protection of the battery is effective by charging and discharging the battery;

4.3 Security protection: anti reverse connection protection function, power-off data protection, supporting continuous testing, voltage upper and lower limit setting protection, and safety discharge current protection;

4.9 Seamless switching of constant current and voltage mode, without any voltage and current surge. It can effectively prevent the battery from experiencing heat concentration due to peak current, which can lead to pole ear powder shedding;
