1.Product Description: it is applicable to the liquid injection process of aluminum shell battery. It adopts the process of vacuum first, liquid injection and then pressurization, with high electrolyte absorption consistency, reliability and completeness.
2.Main features:
A) Because the electrolyte is highly corrosive and easy to crystallize into solid, it is easy to block the valves and pipelines and prevent normal liquid injection. In response to the extremely bad service environment of strong corrosion and crystallization, we have practical experience in liquid injection for many customers, and constantly transform and optimize the pipeline layout of valve components of liquid injection structure to completely solve the problem of corrosion and crystallization.
B) Multistage filtration device and special material adsorption system are adopted to effectively ensure the smoothness of valve pipeline, and protect the vacuum pump from corrosion, damage and blockage. The pump blade cannot be opened for vacuum pumping.
C) During the liquid injection process, the electrolyte is rarely exposed in the glove box, which greatly reduces the volatilization of other glove box parts.
D) The glove box must be filled with nitrogen to purify the precipitation due to the high water content. The cost is high and a lot of time is wasted. For this, the pipeline and filter device are arranged at the convenient place for personnel to operate inside the glove box. The filter device is convenient for disassembly and assembly, eliminates excess accumulated residual liquid, and greatly reduces the cleaning times. In addition, if the joint pipeline is blocked and DMC can not be solved after cleaning, it can be easily and conveniently removed and dredged through the operation port of the glove box, The glass will not be removed into the glove box. After removing the pipe and dredging, it will also be purified to maintain the working environment.
E) With DMC cleaning function, it is mainly used for monthly and quarterly cleaning to make the pipeline clean and tidy.
F) The special two-way pneumatic valve is adopted, which is not blocked. The interior is made of SUS316 and PTFE, which has strong corrosion resistance.
G) It has high measurement accuracy and repeatability, and the accuracy of electrolyte is plus or minus one percent.
H) Vacuum first and then liquid injection. After liquid injection, vacuum and pressure are alternately carried out. It has high efficiency, accurate precision, convenient and reliable operation.
I)The vacuum pumping time, high vacuum value, low vacuum value, liquid injection volume, standing time, pressurized pressure time and pressure relief time can be set and adjusted.
J) Corrosion resistance, long life design, imported components are used in key parts.
K) The joint of liquid injection tank body is made of stainless steel, the hose is made of corrosion-resistant PE hose, and the body is made of 6-series aluminum alloy, which is corrosion-resistant for the whole machine.
L) The assembly and disassembly of tooling and fixture is convenient to adapt to products with different heights.

4.Detailed work process description:
1. Manually put the battery into the liquid injection bracket, weigh it in turn and put it into the battery;
2. Press the start switch to raise the lifting mechanism and start the automatic liquid injection cycle;
3. Vacuumize, automatically inject liquid after reaching the vacuum degree and set time, and then the system automatically carries out static (pressure and vacuum) circulation;
4. After liquid injection, manually take out the battery.
(Remarks: the vacuum pumping time and standing time can be set according to the situation; Standing can be vacuumized or pressurized with nitrogen.)

*Vacuum source: vacuum pump 20L / s, above - 98kpa, or pipeline vacuum (- 98kpa);
*Nitrogen (consistent with the working gas of glove box): ≥ 0.4MPa;
*The Demander shall ensure smooth air on site;

*Liquid injection volume: 0 ~ 250ml adjustable.
*Vacuum: during liquid injection, the vacuum pressure is maintained above - 98kpa (the vacuum pump is provided by the customer).
*The vacuum pumping time, low vacuum degree, liquid injection standing time, pressurized pressure and time can be set and adjusted.
*The joint of liquid injection tank body is made of stainless steel, the hose is made of corrosion-resistant PE hose, and the body is made of 6-series aluminum alloy, which is corrosion-resistant for the whole machine.
*Capacity: one liquid injection cycle takes 12 minutes, and 6 are injected in 6 stations.
*6 stations are optional, and the operation of each station does not interfere with each other.
