Solid State Battery Lithium Metal Anode Electrode Making Machine
This solid state battery lithium metal anode electrode making machine is suitable for cutting lithium metal strips/lithium copper composite strips, production molding, separator sheet box collection and transfer for solid state battery research and manufacturing.
(1) It can realize the functions of lithium metal anode coil unwinding (release film stripping and winding), fixed length cutting, CCD positioning,tab preparation and pressing, CCD detection, separator sheet stacking and other functions.
(2) It can realize the functions of correction and unwinding of lithium copper composite tape coil (release film stripping and winding), fixed length cutting, CCD positioning, mold cutting tab forming, cutting bottom edge, CCD detection, separator sheet stacking ,blanking and other functions.
(3) The lithium metal anode is the standard coil material for lithium strip, and the lithium copper composite strip requires double-sided alignment.
(4) The equipment is placed in the drying room, and the whole machine design realizes the production of lithium metal pole sheet H (80-160) xW (60-100). The whole machine has MES data acquisition and transmission functions, equipped with industrial control computer and display.
