TMAX-DSP1100-HP is a UL certifiable compact two heating zone split tube furnace with a max. working temperature of 1100°C. The furnace can adopt a pair of stainless steel vacuum sealing flanges. The furnace has two 8" L heating zone , which can provide 200 mm long constant temperature zone. Built-in two precision temperature controllers can provide up to 30 segments of heating and cooling steps with +/- 1°C accuracy.

Application Notes |
1.
Tube furnaces with quartz tubes are designed for using
under vacuum and low pressure < 0.2 bars / 3 psi / 0.02 MPa.Vacuum
pressure may only be safely used up to 1000°C. The flow rate for gasses
should be limited to < 200 SCCM (or 200 ml/min) for reducing thermal
shocks to the tube. 2.
Attention: A two-stage
pressure regulator must be installed on a gas cylinder to limit the pressure
to below 3 PSI for safe operation. |
