A. Product Introduction

High-energy planetary ball mill mainly adopts the principle of planetary ball mill, through the high speed centrifugal force to promote the collision, shear, dispersion between the medium and the material in the tank, the tank wall and the ball speed is different, the friction force and impact force between the material and the medium are different, the high energy is different, the rotation speed of 1630 turns to produce high energy (equivalent to 60 times the gravity acceleration), Reliable and reproducible nano-scale grinding results can be obtained in a very short time. B. How it works

PBM series planetary ball mill is equipped with two ball grinding tanks on the same planetary mechanism disk, when the planetary disk rotates, the ball grinding tank rotates around the axis of the disk and rotates around its own axis at the same time, making planetary motion. The grinding balls in the tank collide with each other in high speed motion, grinding and mixing the sample. The product can grind and mix products with different particle sizes and materials in dry and wet ways. The minimum particle size of the grinding product can reach 0.1 micron (1.0×10mm-4).

D. Product Features
