A. Scope of application
Anaerobic incubator is a special device for bacterial culture and operation in an anaerobic environment. It can provide strict anaerobic state, constant temperature culture conditions and a systematic and scientific working area. In this device, anaerobic organisms that are difficult to grow can be cultivated, and the risk of death caused by contact with oxygen during operation in the atmosphere can be avoided in the past. Therefore, this device is an ideal equipment for anaerobic biological detection and scientific research.
B. Structural characteristics
a. LAl-3 anaerobic incubator is composed of constant temperature culture room, anaerobic operation room, sampling room, gas path and circuit control system, box frame and other parts. The machine has the characteristics of good anaerobic environment, good sealing performance, high temperature control precision, good stability, easy to use, good economy and reliability.
b. The use of scientific means to achieve the anaerobic environment of high precision, good constant performance, constant temperature anaerobic environment, easy for the operator to operate in the anaerobic environment and anaerobic bacteria culture.
c. Temperature control using LCD large screen display, high precision microcomputer control (with timing) can accurately and intuitively reflect the actual temperature in the box, coupled with effective temperature limit protection, safe and reliable.
d. The box is equipped with ultraviolet germicidal lamp, and the gas is filtered into the box, which can effectively avoid bacterial contamination.
e. The gas path device uses a light touch switch to control the solenoid valve, which can adjust the flow rate accurately and input various required gases arbitrarily.
f. The double door widening design of the incubator changes the phenomenon that when a single door is opened, it will touch the front window of the operation room, and the widening can place more petri dishes.
g. The culture room and operation room are made of stainless steel plate, smooth and elegant, anticorrosive and durable.
h. The front window of the operation room is made of special glass plate with thickened transparent impact resistance, and special gloves are used for operation, which is reliable, comfortable, flexible and easy to use.
i. Deaerator is available in the operation room.
