Equipment Introduction

1.1 Equipment overview

This equipment is mainly used for Z-shaped stacking of  lithium-ion power battery cells.

1.2 Workflow

The separator is actively unwinded and introduced into the stacking table through the tension mechanism; The sacking table drives the separator  to move back and forth to place the electrode The positive/negative electrodes are stacked first, and the two sets of manipulator suction cups take the positive and negative plates out of the two boxes on the left, and stack them on the stacking table after accurate positioning; After the stacking is completed, the stacks is transferred to the tail roll gluing station by the manipulator, the  separator is cut off, and the gluing is automatically applied; At the same time, the automatic stacking of the next cell is started.


 

1.3 Equipment features

1.3.1 Separator: active unwinding; separator deviation correction; separator alignment accuracy ± 0.3mm;

 1.3.2 High accuracy: through the precise positioning of the electrode, the overall accuracy of the electrode in the stacking is guaranteed to be ± 0.3mm;
 1.3.3 High efficiency: double working station speed can reach 0.5s-0.8s/Pcs;
 1.3.4 Dust protection: the material box and pre-positioning are equipped with effective dust protection mechanism;
 1.3.5 Reliability: positioning pins are fixed on the high-precision and frequently moving modules of the equipment;

 1.3.6 Multi-piece leakage protection: leakage detection protection;

Multi-plate prevention mechanism; Multi-chip detection mechanism can effectively prevent multiple pieces

from overlapping into the core.

 1.3.7 Detection of tab missing angle to prevent tab pulling and missing angle from falling into the core.

2.1Rack base plate

Function: provide uniform installation plane and installation reference for all moving parts.

 Structure: The frame is welded with high-strength square steel pipe, the installation surface is milled, and the surface is painted.

The base plate is made of carbon steel plate, the surface is processed by grinding machine, and the surface is chrome plated.

It can dock with MES system to realize data management of production status.
