Application
The Cylindrical Battery Automatic Grooving Machine is a critical piece of equipment used in cylindrical battery manufacturing. It is designed for automatic grooving of cylindrical steel cases (pre-loaded with jelly rolls). The steel cases are aligned in the guide slot, where they are automatically fed into the main motor chuck. The grooving blade then performs precision grooving with a built-in anti-flaring mechanism.
