Introduction

It is mainly suitable for vacuum drying and nitrogen charging cycle baking of batteries and supercapacitors, and the products are kept in anhydrous and oxygen free environment and sent into the glove box for liquid injection.

Vacuum Box Structure:

1. The vacuum box is processed by CNC machine tool and welded. The material is imported SUS304, which is solid and beautiful.

2. Use precision rubber (working temperature is - 70 ～ + 230 ℃) and precision ball valve to make it leak free.

Box Structure

1. The oven design is perfect, the box is made of sheet metal bending, the surface is high-temperature electrostatic spraying, corrosion resistance, rust prevention, easy to clean, the inner liner is a single-layer, solid and beautiful, simple and convenient operation. The inner tank door is an independent six leaf equipment, which adopts cold storage door and chrome plated reinforced hinge. Four universal movable wheels are installed at the bottom to facilitate the movement and transportation of the oven.

2. The inner liner of the oven is made of 1.5mm high-quality SUS304 mirror stainless steel material, which will never rust and keep the furnace clean and beautiful. In addition, it is equipped with load rack, which is made of stainless steel square pass and angle steel welding, which is solid and beautiful, and is convenient for the vacuum oven to place and move.

3. The insulation system uses rock wool (excluding asbestos) to fill the insulation area. The thickness of rock wool is 100 mm. The connection part of inner and outer gall is made of non-metallic high temperature resistant materials, which can effectively reduce the temperature conduction. The surface temperature of the box body is low, so as to ensure the safety of operation. The box door is sealed with refined high temperature resistant silicone rubber pipe, so that there is no aging and hardening phenomenon under high temperature conditions, and the sealing performance is more reliable.

The air supply circulation system is the upper and lower circulation air supply, the reasonable air duct effectively ensures the high stability of the internal temperature uniformity of the oven, the temperature fluctuation is small, the low noise, long life, air conditioning type high temperature resistant fan, the wind wheel is turbine type centrifugal fan.

Vacuum pumping and nitrogen filling system

1. High quality corrugated hose and stainless steel pipe are used to connect the air circuit to the vacuum box without leakage and easy to operate.

2. The solenoid valve assembly is used to switch the gas path quickly, one-to-one control is carried out, and the six vacuum boxes are not interfered with each other when they work, and the filter is equipped to ensure the gas is clean, realizing humanized and high-quality design.

3. The vacuum instrument adopts the way of digital display of actual value, and the vacuum value can be calibrated.

Heating system

1. Using SSR (solid state relay - American Rodac) and OMRON Omron to control the heating element, it overturns the influence of traditional zero crossing trigger, such as large current instantaneous impact and large temperature control fluctuation. It can make the output voltage change smoothly, the temperature control effect is more stable and the performance is better.

2. Electrical accessories adopt international famous brands - Japan Hequan, Omron, Schneider.

Automatic control system

1. The temperature controller adopts touch button, digital LED display, PID intelligent control instrument, PT100 platinum resistance temperature measurement sensor

Independent control of heating time, free setting, automatically stop working after the time.

2. Touch screen operation panel display, can set pressure, temperature and time control program, with vacuum, heating, air supply

(N2 and AR user provided) replacement function, display the curve of temperature and vacuum degree according to time, and output in real time through RS485.
