Usage and characteristics

• This machine is suitable for continuous and large quantity operation of non-metallic materials such as sponge, EPE and EVA by forming cutter die in factory.
• The conveying part is controlled by PLC, the cylinder is used to clamp the material, driven by the same motor into the blanking area of the machine, and the finished product is sent out at the same time after die cutting. The feeding length can be conveniently adjusted by the touch screen.
• The main machine adopts four-column guide, double crank balance and hydraulic drive to ensure the speed and accuracy of the machine. All sliding joints are automatically lubricated with central oil supply to minimize wear.
• The feed and discharge ports in the cutting area of the machine are equipped with safety protection devices to ensure the personal safety of the operator.
• The tool die is fixed by pneumatic clamping device, and the replacement of the tool die is convenient and fast.
• The micro-motion device of the cutting plate is configured to consume the cutting plate evenly and save cost.
