Part D: Mold closing part

Pre sealed, second sealed, third sealed and dun sealed upper and lower moulds are made of high-quality imported materials with high precision after special vacuum treatment; Wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and other excellent properties. The upper die of the three seals has the counting function, and the counting function of the die can only be reset under the condition of manual operation.

Part E: oil pressure station

The sealing pressure of the equipment is provided by 5Mpa oil pressure station and 80mm diameter oil cylinder.

Part F: Discharge

The blanking mechanism automatically unloads the battery cell to the discharge chute and removes the finished battery.

The discharging and discharging are on the same side, so that the whole process can be controlled by one person, which greatly reduces the labor cost.

Part G: Electrical

In order to operate more safely and effectively, adjust and test the mold first through the "manual" state, and then enter the "automatic" state after meeting the process requirements.
