It is composed of carbon dioxide and constant temperature and humidity incubator, sampling room, anaerobic operation room, gas path and circuit control system, box frame, etc. The machine has good anaerobic environment and good sealing performance.
Features
1. It can be used for anaerobic culture or micro oxygen culture (oxygen concentration: 0-10%).
2. Color touch screen, multi-functional PLC intelligent control, more gas saving.
3. Full automatic humidity control system to avoid drying the culture dish.
4. Sample transfer: in side tank operation, gas exchange is conducted before entering and leaving the incubator, and 40 90mm plates can be transferred at one time, which is not only the access channel of operation, but also the plate transfer.
5. The foot switch is used to control vacuumizing and nitrogen filling, and external vacuum pump is equipped as standard.
6. High efficiency palladium catalyst is used, without frequent activation, so that the oxygen concentration is less than 0.1%.
7. Detoxification system, using ultraviolet sterilization lamp and high temperature to detoxify.
8. Full automatic control technology is adopted for gas path replacement with positive and negative pressure protection.
9. CO2 control, humidity control and temperature control are available.
10. The unique oil bottle type pressure relief gate design protects the internal positive pressure and prevents air leakage.
11. A number of low pressure, over temperature safety protection devices.
12. The front cover can be taken off as a whole to facilitate the placement of large instruments or thorough cleaning. It is equipped with a standard power socket.
13. The touch screen directly displays the oxygen content in the operating room, which is convenient to observe whether the internal state is anaerobic.
