30000M3/h High-Performance NMP Solvent Recovery System

I、Introduction to system principle

The NMP solvent evaporates after heating in the coating process. The NMP recovery equipment condenses the volatile gas step by step, gradually reduces the concentration of NMP in the gas through multistage condensation, and finally discharges the purified gas.

II、System composition

The recovery system consists of solvent NMP recovery host, intelligent control system, air duct system, waterway system, solvent NMP collection system and tail gas treatment system.

1 .Purpose of equipment

QR series equipment is mainly used in lithium battery industry; It is a high-performance environmental protection equipment for the treatment of NMP waste gas generated in the coating process of lithium battery manufacturing.

The NMP waste gas is treated and purified by water cooling and spraying, which has high-efficiency recovery function and high-efficiency purification effect.

⑨ Chint air switch, AC contact, thermal relay, phase sequence protection relay and time relay are used as electrical accessories.

⑩ Design automatic control system with flashing alarm.

⑪ For better heat dissipation, the system uses an independent cooling tower to supply circulating cooling water.
