Ⅰ.Overview:
This product is suitable for the vacuum baking process of battery electrodes and cells to be filled with liquid during the production of lithium batteries. Adopting industry-leading uniform temperature technology, with a temperature fluctuation of
± 2 ℃; -0.098Mpa in the vacuum chamber can be maintained for ≥ 24 hours; Multiple quality and safety protections are ideal equipment to ensure drying effectiveness.
Ⅱ.Product features:
A. Electrical characteristics:
1. The temperature control adopts AISET three position PID temperature controller, with high temperature control resolution.
2. The temperature measuring probe is selected from Taiwan Hualing's special model and placed at the back of the vacuum chamber to quickly and accurately reflect the working temperature.
3. Triple over temperature protection device, automatically cuts off heating when the set temperature is exceeded, ensuring the safety of materials and equipment.
4. Equipped with timed shutdown function, timing starts after constant temperature, and automatically stops when baking time ends. Each layer can be timed independently.
5. The ventilation fans on each floor can be independently turned on and can be used as cooling fans when heating is stopped.
6. High quality SUS stainless steel seamless electric heating tube is selected, which heats up quickly and is energy-saving and durable.
B. Structural features:
1. Adopting a vacuum chamber heated by surrounding hot air and innovative circulating air duct design, ensuring high-precision uniform temperature inside the chamber.
2. The inner cavity material is T3.9mm high-quality SUS stainless steel, which is resistant to corrosion from battery paste and electrolyte.
3. Multi layer insulation materials form a closed insulation layer, blocking heat loss and effectively solving the problems of adjacent warehouse temperature and external wall heating.
4. The box door is a double-layer tempered glass structure with overvoltage protection function. When the air pressure inside the chamber is too high, it can automatically release air, restoring the air pressure inside the chamber to the allowable range.
5. The vacuum chamber and the box door are equipped with opposite silicone sealing rings, and the -0.098Mpa state inside the chamber can be maintained for more than 24 hours.
